Illicit Unlock

Based on the original OXP by tgape.
This OXP allows the player to potentially purchase all of the different ships in Oolite: the Constrictor, Gecko, Krait, Mamba, Mamba Escort, Sidewinder, Sidewinder Escort, Viper, Viper Interceptor, Orbital Shuttle, Transporter, Transporter Miner, Worm and Worm Miner. Many of these ships don't have a hyperdrive, some don't even have lasers, so flying them will be a challenge.
