Changes Oolite's standard font with a typewriter font:
the freeware font used is called 'Cella', by Volker Busse.
Characters replaced: only standard ascii plus the Cr. symbol.

- on macs the new font showed a grey artifact around each letter, fixed.
- The font width is now much closer to the standard Oolite font's: mission
screen layouts should now display as their authors intended!

Fixes: removed the smudge present in v.01
Todo: add international/accented characters.

Known issues: After certain characters - mostly numbers - there's a smudge.
It's similar in shape and position to a full stop, but smaller.
I've no idea where that comes from. If you know how to remove it,
please let me know via the forums!
