Kirin M =====================================
GalCop Space Marine Corp's premier troop and logistics transport. Sporting a large number of low power turrets, four laser mounts, and 10 missile pylons, this machine is built to survive the hottest action in Thargoid infested war zones. Often seen escorted by members of the elite "Red Knights" Viper squadron.

Kirin XM =====================================
Type "M" craft that have been retired from military service, refurbished, and auctioned off into the civilian market. These rarely appearing craft, having the same specs as the type "M", make exellent dangerous system and frontier workhorse freighters, as well as a 'rich captain's battle cruiser'. Because of their endurance and weapons loadout, they're prized by wolf pack hunters, pirates, and risky business traders alike.

Notes on docking computers:
Because of the large size and ponderance of the Kirin, manual docking with steady hands is required. It has been found in testing that autodock systems lack the finesse required to dock a Kirin safely.
