Equipment Triple Eco Laser

Economical Quad Pulse Laser in a single barrel reach almost as fast fire rate as a Beam Laser, with ability to recycle engine exhaust gases for small energy usage. The caused damage is competitive with a Military Laser but reduced to short range (5 km). Very useful on ships with separated multiple laser mounts where energy usage is more important than overheat. Can't fit into ships with less than 30t mass like Adder.
