Equipment Probe Missile
From the Aquarian Shipbuilding Corp's Weapons Dept, a converted missile without warhead, but with much expanded range (100km) and scanning capabilities. It flies to its maximum range, performing a scan at the half-way point and on arrival, then returns to the ship and can be scooped for re-use.
